Review your selections and proceed to checkout.
Confirm your order by completing the payment process. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please ensure that all information provided during the order process is accurate and complete.
3. Pricing & Payment Options
All prices displayed on our website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable taxes. Additional shipping fees, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
We accept the following payment methods:
Tabby Installments: Split your purchase into convenient monthly installments. Eligibility criteria may apply.
Tamara Installments: Pay in flexible installments with Tamara. Terms are outlined during the payment process.
Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards in the UAE.
4. Delivery Policy
We currently deliver only within the UAE. Delivery times and costs will be calculated during checkout based on your location and order size.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or public holidays.
In-store Pickup: You may collect your order from our designated location during business hours. Details will be provided at checkout.
5. Cancellation & Return Policy
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting our customer service team. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item is inspected. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Note: Custom or sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
6. Ownership of Goods
All items remain the property of Stiffane until full payment has been received. If payment is incomplete, we reserve the right to reclaim the goods.

Stiffane is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
