Refund and Exchange Policy
At STIFFANE, we are committed to providing an exceptional online shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we accept refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
Refund/Exchange Eligibility
- Defective Product: If the dress is defective or damaged due to an error on our part.
- Wrong Size or Color: If you receive a size or color different from what you ordered (e.g., you ordered “S” but received “M”).
- Size Exchange: If the size doesn’t fit, we offer an exchange under these conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original condition (new, unused, with tags).
- The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Important Notes
- Refunds/Exchanges must be requested on the same day you receive your order.
- Delivery Fees: If the return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part, delivery fees will not be charged. Otherwise, delivery fees apply.
- For installment orders (Tabby or Tamara):
- If your order exceeds 300 AED and was eligible for free shipping, refunds will exclude the shipping fees.
International Orders
- For orders placed outside the United Arab Emirates:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the customer covers both-way shipping fees.
